Refund policy

At Rawfect London, we take great care in the handling and quality of our products. Due to the nature of raw and frozen items, we operate a strict returns and refunds policy to ensure food safety and maintain our high standards.

Frozen & Perishable Products

Because our products include raw and frozen food, there is a continuous chain of responsibility once items leave our control. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any frozen or perishable items unless they are found to be faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Reports made after this timeframe will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Order details or proof of purchase

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement, where appropriate

The resolution will be provided at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Items reported after 24 hours

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Items damaged due to improper storage after receipt

  • Change of mind purchases
